Thank you for voting in my poll about comment moderation (120 of you responded in about 12 hours.)
The winner, by a slim margin, was "Oh No!"
Second place went to "Who Cares?"
"Yes!" was a distant third
Therefore, comment moderation has been deactivated --with this qualification: I reserve the right to delete or edit any comment anytime for any reason I choose. My intention is to remove nothing but abusive comments (and boy have I been getting my share of those this week) but I will never block arguments and opinions from the other side of the aisle: The Eds and the CWYs of the world --along with their disturbing points of view-- will always be welcome here.
The last word on the subject goes to SW: [This blog] thrives because it is a place of free discourse and even a way to blow off steam. The combinaiton works... no offense, but it isn't all about you. You're a facilitator. The comments you get is the magic that ensues.
I agree. The blog isn't about me. I'm just an anoymous blogger, with no independant authority or credibility. I'm here to entertain you, blow off steam, and try out some arguments. That's it.
