Another orthodox riot

Report:

Hundreds of ultra-Orthodox on Monday blocked a road leading to the Ramat Beit Shemesh neighborhood near Jerusalem, set fire to garbage carts and hurled stones at police officers who were dispatched to the area.

The reason for the commotion was a protest against a new family that moved to the neighborhood and is "not religious enough," according to the protestors

Lord, how I wish I found this impossible to believe, but, unfortunately, the Haredi Jews I know are terrified of being polluted by the "other." The don't let their kids play with kids who might watch TV or go to movies. They refuse to daven in shuls where women with uncovered hair are welcome. And now this.

If they really believe that their way of life is superior, why are they so reluctant to share it?
