Do you get it?

An alert reader (Minden) brought this comic to my attention, saying it appears in the current Jewish Tribune. Apparently, this is another right-wing broadside against silly grey-hat/short coat wearing "Rabbis" who, of course, know nothing about the rules of loshon hara.

Or is there more to it?

Update: Perhaps this is a right-wing broadside against insufficiently right-wing Rabbis like the Hoppapolooza Rav who, in this comic, has made the unpardonable mistake of taking time out from learning Torah and eating sholosh sedos to even talk to someone like Rabbi Stern, because, as the last panel conclusivly demonstrates, such people have nothing substantial to say anyway.

Am I getting warmer?

Update II: Amshi suggests (in the comments) that the guy in grey is, um, enjoying the Rav's company, if you get my drift. We know the cartoonist has trouble telling jokes. Maybe he also has trouble drawing hands?
