Saw the movie. Despite Lukas's very best efforts, he didn't destroy the franchise. Oh, he destroyed Darth Vadar by giving him a less than dignified scene after the mask was on, and, yes, he destroyed the Emperor by presenting him as an old queen trolling for a new and hunky squeeze, but the last 45 minutes of the movie were better than anything Lukas has shown us yet.
Now, if only he could write believable dialouge, and stage a love scene.
