Report about the President's speech last Thursday:

"His speech Thursday featured a number of familiar themes, from terrorism to taxes. Bush predicted that the violence in Iraq and Afghanistan will end as U.S.-led coalition troops succeed in 'transforming hateful societies to hopeful societies.'
