Bush presidency: FIERY WRECK or SODDEN MESS?

The Bushtanic is sinking....
President George W. Bush's overall response to Katrina meets with disapproval today – a dramatic change from the public’s reaction just after the storm hit on August 29th. Last week, in the two days immediately after Katrina made landfall, a majority of Americans said they approved of Bush's response, although more than a third were not sure. Now, only 38% approve. A majority disapproves
Afterthoughts

1 - Happy to hear it isn't only lefties who are noticing what a disaster this has become.

2 - Who will be dispatched on TV to lie about the poll? Chertoff or Brown? "Poll? We didn't hear about any poll till Thursday, and it wasn't in any newspaper I read."

3- What percentage of the 38% who approve of how Katrina was handled are rascist, braindead, or illiterate? A pretty high number, I'll bet.

How many more people have to die, and how many more lies do we need to hear about it, before those last hideous holdouts reach for their pitchforks, too?
