No one asked me, but let's give it a whirl.
Four jobs you've had in your life: Busboy, camp counselor, baal koreh, bike messenger. (Alas, not one was a union job.)
Four movies you could watch over and over: Godfather I, Godfather II, Unforgiven, Lawrence of Arabia
Four places you've lived: Jerusalem, Israel, hrmfmrrhm, New York, umhurmurm, New Jersey, and mumblemumble, Maryland.
Four TV shows you love to watch: Love is too strong a word, but The Daily Show, The Simpsons, Nova, and and any infomercial promising great riches via real estate. (I really don't watch too much TV, and for 7 of the last 11 years of my life, I didn't even own one capable of receiving more than one channel.)
Four places you've been on vacation: NOLA; Toronto, Ont. (Canada); Rome, (Italy); and most of Israel.
Four websites you visit daily: Slate, the New York Times, Hotmail.com, and [insert your blog's name here].
Four of your favorite foods: Grilled cheese, raw vegetables, meat loaf w/ mashed potatos, soup (most any kind)
Four places you'd rather be: Right here, right now there is no place I'd rather be. But, as if the cost of living wasn't high enough already: Israel (not sure which city, though); Manhatten; London (England);
Four books you'll read over and over again: Only 4?! Why Americans Hate Politics, E.J. Dione; All the Kings Men, Robert Penn Warren; America (The Book), Jon Stewart, et al; The Grapes of Wrath, John Steinbeck.
I'll pass this to RenReb, OrthoMom, Krum, and the great man of our generation.
