Justice Ginsburg was, apparently, helped on her path to the Supreme Court because she upheld the observance of an Orthodox Jew. Justice-to-be Alito may have a similar assist because of his record of support for an Orthodox Jew’s Sabbath observance.I know this line of thinking is appealing to the sort of people who look forward to each week's installment of Mendy and the Golem, but Lewin should know better.
