No tie guys

Aside from negative people who delight in always finding new things to complain about, the other thing I really dislike is people who show up at shul with their ties undone. Every shul I've been in has at least one guy who appears at Saturday afternoon mincha with his tie hanging around his neck. For reasons known only to himself, he prefers to knot his tie while standing in the middle of a room full of people.

His reason? Your guess is as good as mine.
