(There is a stitch in the first selikha ומלך יון אנסתי לכתוב דת יונית= "(for these three events I instituted a fast:) the Grecian king forced me to translate the Torah into Greek" of today's selikhos)
Also if non-Jews having access to the Torah is a bad thing how are we to understand this parsha and Rashi?
