Grrr... Yakov Menken doesn't fight fair

This happens far too often for my taste:

Step 1 - Yakov Menken (or one of colleagues) writes a post, in which he needlesly props up a "Tradition" that has no source in Jewish law.

Step 2 - I point out what he has done via the Cross Current comment section.

Step 3 - Yakov responds - usually with an unneeded dig at America, or liberalism, along with some boilerplate on the importance of "Tradition."

Step 4 - I point out, again in the comment section, that his responce hasn't provided a satisfactory defense of the Tradition he'd like to see continued.

Step 5 - He deletes my comment.

How annoying is that?
