Perhaps some of the good GOP-Jews in the audience can explain this:
Why was it a biblical crisis when Whoopy Goldberg made her off-color jokes about the president's unfortunately humerous last name, but an occasion for polite chuckles when first lady Laura told the one about her husband and the oversized horse?
Even the holy christain absolutists, like Rabbi Danial Lapin, of Toward Tradition, are silent. Why? Is it because of ARDIG and its corallary ADDIB? [Anything Republicans do is great/ anything Democrats do is BAD.] Because I can't think of any other explanation for the GOP's silence or their see-through sanctimony.
