Corruption

A guest post by JS:

Democratic Illinois governor Blagojevich brought up on corruption charges (including trying to sell the Senate seat vacated by Obama). Interesting point: the governor still has the right to appoint the successor to President-Elect Barack Obama's senate seat until he formally resigns or is impeached. So far Obama is staying out of it. See here and here.
