Casual Chabad Lubovitch racism

Your major newspapers, magazines and TV shows know better than to use a black face to depict generic crime. But Chabad Lubovitch hasn't gotten the memo. * This illustration, with a leering black youth in the background, appears on Chabad.org's facebook page and is captioned:
"When reciting words of Torah while in the store, walking in the street, or riding the subway, one purifies the air."
--Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak of Lubavitch
As the person who sent this to me said  Considering Chabad's historic racial issues with African Americans in Crown Heights and Ethiopian Jews in Israel, the drawing and quote are stunningly tone deaf.

To say the least.

*UPDATE: They aren't depicting a crime. They're depicting a contaminated subway, and a tehillim-reciting girl who is "purifying the air". Thought that was clear
