The Faith of Harry Potter

I'm only about 2/3 of the way through Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, but it seems like it has a lot to say to some of the topics we incessantly argue over here in the Judeoblogosphere — the status of great leaders, the humanization of authority figures, matters of faith, trust and belief, and even if it's the size of the wand that matters, or how you use it?

Here's a particular quote that sounded like it could have come from many of the Seekers (of truth, not snitches), Doubters, and Wanters-to-Believe:

He looked away, trying not to betray the resentment he felt. There it was again: Choose what to believe. He wanted the truth. Why was everybody so determined that he should not get it?

I'm not actually going to read the comments so I won't get spoiled for the rest of the book, but feel free to talk amongst yourselves. The Deathly Hallows are neither Deathly nor Hallows — discuss!
