Ok, true believers, let's pretend you won. The Supreme Court has decided abortion is not protected by a constitutional guarantee of privacy. The issue has reverted to the states and some have made it a felony. Now what? If abortion is made a crime, then surely the woman who has one is a criminal.
But how much jail time should she do?
