Rumor has it that the New Yor State supreme court shall rule tomorrow on the hotbed issue of Gay Marriage. Challenged to interpret New York State's marriage law, the state constitution, and legal precedents, (all of which are different than Massachusetts), one justice has recused himself from the process, and the six remaining are an even split of Cuomo and Pataki appointees, a respective 3 each. I can just hear the various Jewish organizational post decision press releases, from the right and the left, whichever outcome.
