Bush on Friday:
"I think the national anthem ought to be sung in English...and I think people who want to be a citizen of this country ought to learn English and they ought to learn to sing the national anthem in English."
(Personally, I think that people who want to be President of the US should also learn to speak English, or at least some recognizable language.)
Unfortunately, President Stupid seems to have forgotten his own inaugural where pop star Jon Secada sang the national anthem in English and Spanish.
Game. Set. Match.
(Expected GOP response: "It's completely unfair to bring up this stuff from Bush's First Inaugural. That was way before he needed to push the immigration wedge issue, and besides 9/11 changed everything.")
