George Bush hates Christmas?

Report:
This month, as in every December since he took office, President Bush sent out cards with a generic end-of-the-year message, wishing 1.4 million of his close friends and supporters a happy "holiday season."

Many people are thrilled to get a White House Christmas card, no matter what the greeting inside. But some conservative Christians are reacting as if Bush stuck coal in their stockings
If anything demonstrates how bogus O'Reilly's "War on Christmas" really is, this is it. Who in their right mind would consider George "Jesus Day in Texas" Bush an opponent of Christianity and Christmas? Yet, according to the rules of O'Reilly's stupid game, Bush qualifies.

The part which matters to Jews is this: Take note at how venomously the Religious Right turned on the president:
"This clearly demonstrates that the Bush administration has suffered a loss of will and that they have capitulated to the worst elements in our culture," said William A. Donohue, president of the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights.
All Bush did was demonstrate respect for diversity and one of the country's top Christians went running to the newspapers to call the president a wimp.

How do you think those same Christians will respond when their other "close friends," the Jews, make it clear that they aren't going to play along with the rapture fantasys? Do you think the Christians will take that betrayal lying down?
