The Vox thread is especially interesting, and should serve as a mussar haskil for knee-jerk righties like Dave and Biur and SD. I would guess 90 - 95 percent of the comments on the Vox thread were referred by Atrios, the ultimate uber-blogger of the left (Atrios has over 5000 blogline subscriptions; LGF, by comparison, has about 750; Dave has 25)
And, though most Jewish righties would swear on a stack of bibles that lefties hate Jews and love Palestenians, the comments on Vox tell a different stroy. Those Atrios-inspired remarks are overwhelmingly pro-Jewish. They are also hysterical, snarky, obnoxious, cutting, viscious, brilliant - and, yes, even vulgar - as only angry lefties can be - but they are standing up for us, and our people.
It's really quite nice.
